Welcome to GuestHouse Hotels!

Welcome to GuestHouse - an independent British hospitality group created by three brothers, Tristan, James and Tom Guest, who together have a love of creating one-off, wonder-filled hotels.

Home to relaxing suites and bedrooms, heavenly spas, and never-tried-that-before dishes, our hotels have a few things in common (like our legendary pantries that your clients can help themselves to!), but always guarantee their own unique charm varied by the cities they're a part of. We have properties in Bath, York, Margate and in summer 2024, Brighton.

Read on to learn about booking No.15 Bath for your international clients...

Travel Advisor Information No 15 Bath

The GuestHouse Difference

Why book in with us?

We're the antidote to upscale. Properly boutique hotels with properly personal service. Beautifully designed interiors, the finest quality food & drinks and the feeling of finding a special gem-of-a-place all are good reasons to check in. Here are a few more...

  1. White-glove travel advisor service from Sofia and her team
  2. Complimentary luggage collection from Bath Spa station (via our big pink bike!)
  3. All rates include access to our pantry - including forgotten-since-childhood sweets, freshly baked treats, local sips and snacks and free flowing still & sparkling water - all free!
  4. Each room has a vinyl record player and your clients can browse our extensive library to see which they fancy spinning
  5. Truly local and passionate hotel teams, able to advise you and your clients on what to do in Bath, and get you access to the best restaurants in town

Our Boutique Bedrooms

Our bedrooms are 36 one-offs. It’s the result of being in marvellously detailed residential townhouses rather than standard hotel buildings. But it’s also because of our love of good design and our magpie-like eye for art and objects that tell stories and raise smiles. In short, we can’t help but get creative.

There are snug rooms and vast rooms. Gloriously grand rooms and seriously relaxing rooms. And if you are staying in any of them, there’s a little extension in the form of our Pantry full of complimentary treats for you to enjoy any time.

For international guests, we recommend starting with our Guest Rooms at around 21 sqm, up to our signature Hideout Suite sitting pretty at 55 sqm.

Beautiful Bath

Always in style

Well Bath just always delivers, doesn't it? The minute you step off the train or head down that hill, you're in the land of Bridgerton, honey-hued regency buildings and the world-famous baths. Less than 90-minutes by train from London, and on train routes up and down the nation, Bath is easy to reach - harder to leave though...

Here are a few of our favourite local spots for your clients to experience - naturally, we're on hand to provide tips and make arrangements.
