At No.124, three suites stand head and shoulders above the rest. These luxury hotel suites at No. 124 Brighton are surely the jewels in our crown, or perhaps the pearls in our shell, if you will.

On the 1st floor, we have two Lookout Suites. Enjoying lofty proportions and floor-to-ceiling French windows , leading onto balconies with seating no less and of course, views stretching out to sea and the West Pier ruins, they well deserve the name.

  • Air conditioning
  • Wildsmith toiletries
  • Walk-in drench shower

The Hideout

Well this must be the best suite in Brighton, if we do say so ourselves. 38m² of blissful space, sea-views, your own private entrance, a separate lounge (with space for two children) and a secret door into the main hotel? Sounds good to us! But it really gets interesting in the bathroom...and the hot tub. Yes, that's right - if you're looking for a hotel suite with hot tub, this is the one for you!

  • Private street entrance
  • Secret hotel entrance
  • Bespoke super-king bed
  • Sea-view from the lounge
  • Room for two children to sleep in the lounge

A guide to a GuestHouse stay - Luggage pick up

Ever noticed one of our cargo bikes at the hotels or around in the city or town? 👀 We’ve always said that a staycation begins the moment you step off the train and wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have a suitcase to drag or bags that weighed you down? So that’s where we step in! 🧳

For all guests who book a stay with us, we offer complimentary luggage pick-up to do just this. Tell us where you’re coming from and what time you’ll arrive at Bath Spa, York, Margate or Brighton station and we’ll be there to meet you. We’ll pop your bags into our GuestHouse bikes and drop them back off at the hotel, so you’re free to roam bag-free 🚲
