Our GuestHouse in York is a show-stopping-stunner, a short 10 minute stroll from York station and within sight of the Minster. Captivatingly designed, it's a unique destination for all manner of 'dos' - from a blue sky meeting, to a house-party at the hottest address in York. Perfect for up to 14 guests on a 24-hour delegate rate, or with exclusive use, up to 58 for a seated meal.
Our GuestHouse in Margate is a seen-to-be-believed beauty, right on the seafront. Intriguingly designed, it's a one-off destination for all manner of 'dos' - from a blue sky (and sea!) meeting, to a house-party at the hottest address on the strip. The ultimate exclusive-use venue (it has a rooftop after all!) for up to 50 guests for a seated meal, or up to 12 24-hour rate delegates.
Our beautiful Regency-style townhouse is as Brighton seafront as it gets. Superb for up to 20 guests on a 24-hour delegate rate, or 50 for a seated meal, No. 124 has more event spaces than any of our other properties, and offers exclusive-use, three ways.

A 24/7, help-yourself pantry - yes, you read that right! We thought this would be a memorable way to make your stay that little bit more fun and delicious. - City Walls - Take a walk along the 3.4km long preserved Medieval town walls
- @yorkmuseumgardens - Yorkshire Museum is home to some of Europe’s best archeological and geological finds and the 10 acre beautiful listed botanical garden is rich in wildlife and plant species. A picnic hotspot in warmer months too!
- @Nationalrailwaymuseum - York railway station became the largest station in the world when it opened in 1877. Discover all about its rich transport history on your trip

Ever noticed one of our cargo bikes at the hotels or around in the city or town? 👀 We’ve always said that a staycation begins the moment you step off the train and wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have a suitcase to drag or bags that weighed you down? So that’s where we step in! 🧳
For all guests who book a stay with us, we offer complimentary luggage pick-up to do just this. Tell us where you’re coming from and what time you’ll arrive at Bath Spa, York, Margate or Brighton station and we’ll be there to meet you. We’ll pop your bags into our GuestHouse bikes and drop them back off at the hotel, so you’re free to roam bag-free 🚲
