As the name sounds, our GuestHouse can be home to your event exclusively - that's right, all yours! From sunset cocktails on the terrace, to dancing the night away at Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take-over indeed. Exclusive Use includes all 32 bedrooms for the night with breakfast the following day. You'll have the run of the hotel including Pearly Cow, and the ground floor of No.124 with its Bar, Games Room, Lounge, Courtyard and Terrace - what you choose is up to you!

The Courtyard at No.124 is a stunning winter garden, combining chic and comfy seating with original features and of course a fully glazed ceiling, complete with dramatic planting from Wild Renata Flowers. At home between No.124 and FieldTrip Spa at No.124, it's the perfect place to gather - whether for a decadent dinner under the stars, or perhaps a hen do combining spa treatments and afternoon tea.

The terrace is an unbeatable setting for sizzling summer soiree - up to 52 lucky guests can sup and sip with views across the beach & sea. The Brighton riviera has never looked so good!
In Pearly Cow, the Drawing Room can accommodate up to 12 guests for an intimate private supper, with a pre-order from the a la carte menu. Adjacent to the Drawing Room and included in your private hire is the Snug, a space to gather for drinks before and after your meal.
Private Hire of Pearly Cow entirely is also available, including the Pearly Bar, Drawing Room, Snug and Restaurant.
