Spend the festive season at No. 124 Brighton - we just love all things Christmas at GuestHouse. Whether you're looking to book a festive catch up with friends in the Bar, a Christmas party in the Courtyard, a coastal pre Christmas break or a celebration on new year's eve come and join us at No. 124. We're open to all including children and your pooch (they're going to just love the treats we have in store for them).
Brighton is a special city and a visit for the festive season at No. 124 Brighton is perfect - think wrapping up for bracing walks along the beach, warming hot chocolates, cocktails by the fire and cosy nights in Pearly Cow.
Whether it's a catch-up with friends, a table for two, or a bigger festive gathering, Pearly Cow is a rather wonderful place to be in December.
We're also running our Steak Night offer on Wednesday evenings throughout the festive period, if you need another reason to book. Tables from 2 to 20 - just pull up a chair, watch the candle light flicker and we'll take care of the rest.
Whether you're after a festive away day, a long lunch in the Courtyard or dinner at Pearly Cow, or the whole place to yourselves, No. 124 puts on a fabulous party.
There are several spots to gather at No. 124 set across the ground floor and Pearly Cow. Each offers ways of creating totally bespoke events. Our Pearly Cow Drawing Room takes up to 12 for a lunch or dinner whilst the Courtyard on the ground floor takes up to 28 guests.
Why not make a night of it? We offer special sleepover rates to guests hosting a party with us - £129 B&B for one of our gorgeous Guest Rooms (single occupancy). Tempting.....?
However you want to celebrate, we'll make it one to remember.
And just to tempt you even further.... Book your exclusive use event or festive private dining at No. 124 Brighton before 30th September for events in November or December 2026 to receive 10% cashback on the contract value of your booking, to be spent at No. 124 in January, February or March '27. *
* if confirmed and deposit paid by 30th September
Our 2 and 3-night Christmas packages are made for those who want the whole festive picture - without the stress.
Arrive on Christmas Eve and settle into your room with a warming drink and mince pie, then cocktails in The Bar and a feast at Pearly Cow. Christmas Day brings a relaxed breakfast, canapés, something sparkling, and a five-course leisurely lunch with all the trimmings, of course.
The 3-night package adds Boxing Day dining, giving you an extra unhurried day for beach walks, watching the waves, a trip up the i360 or whatever takes your fancy.
Countdown to the new year at No. 124, Brighton's right on the seafront. Where better to spend the final night of 2026, ring in the New Year and kickstart 2027 with some fresh sea air?
Whether you are looking to dine early and be in your pjs by 10pm or you'd like to see in the new year with us at midnight, we're ready to welcome you.
Choose to come for an earlier celebration at 5pm or a later dinner at 8.30pm. Or why not make a night of it and stay over with us and wake up to a better-than-your-usual breakfast the next morning and a walk along the seafront to brush away those cobwebs.
What a summer we’ve had! Thank you to all who joined us
