A new cocktail destination on Great Pulteney Street
Recently reimagined, The Bar at No. 15 blends together exceptional cocktails, layered interiors and the timeless charm of one of Bath’s most elegant addresses.
At the heart of it all is our new curated cocktail menu: refined classics, signature serves and seasonal creations crafted with creativity and finesse. Sip favourites including the Fig Leaf Boulevardier, Biscotti Espresso Martini and Summer Negroni, alongside vibrant small plates and bar snacks designed for sharing.

The interiors are every bit as considered as the drinks. Recently redesigned, the space draws inspiration from the city itself - from the symmetry and softness of Georgian architecture to Bath’s garden squares, rich textures and timeless charm. Handmade lighting, bespoke British upholstery and layered finishes create a setting that feels intimate, atmospheric and entirely its own.
We take the best British spirits, liqueurs, shrubs, syrups, brews and bitters and mix delicious cocktails that are old and new, quintessential and unexpected.
Expect modern twists on classics, signature serves inspired by the seasons, and cocktails layered with house-made syrups, infusions and bitters. Beyond our cocktail menu, we have a serious selection of beers, wines, and soft drinks that showcase the flavours and influences of our country’s highlands, lowlands and all its in-between lands.
Our standout serve of the season: The Biscotti Espresso Martini - an indulgent take on the classic, blending vodka, Kahlúa, amaretto and fresh espresso with notes of Biscoff, caramel and warming nutmeg. Finished with our signature crunchy No. 15 biscotti, it’s rich, velvety and made for slow sipping. (Pictured to the right)

If the beach right at your doorstep and opening the doors to a private balcony with front row sea views sounds like your beach dream come true, you’ll want to be making yourself comfortable in of these rooms. These rooms have a separate bath and shower and a super-king size bed. This is one for those who not only want a room with a view but want to be part of it.
