As the name suggests, our GuestHouse can be home to your event exclusively - that's right, all yours! From sunset cocktails on the rooftop, to dancing the night away at Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take over indeed. Exclusive Use includes all 21 bedrooms & suites for the night with breakfast the following day - and the rest is up to you!
Available with a minimum total spend (including your accommodation fee and £5,600 towards food & drink) from £12,000. Please note, pricing varies by day of the week and season, with peak dates carrying a higher minimum spend.

If the beach right at your doorstep and opening the doors to a private balcony with front row sea views sounds like your beach dream come true, you’ll want to be making yourself comfortable in of these rooms. These rooms have a separate bath and shower and a super-king size bed. This is one for those who not only want a room with a view but want to be part of it.
