Pearly Cow, the new concept restaurant that resides within No.1, York serves only the very best produce from the surrounding land and sea. On the menu, there’s raw and light and smoky and deep. They keep it simple; cooking over fire or serving over ice to always put nature first. Breakfast at Pearly Cow is light, hearty, or kick-starting with oysters and spiced-as-you-like bloody Marys. Lunch and dinner feature star ingredients in classics, interpretations, sharing dishes, and divine desserts. And kids have their own Pearly Calves menu.
In The Bar at No.1 there's signature cocktails that transports you to the fireside after a wintry walk in the dales.
