Our Georgian and Regency townhouses have been lavished with the most gorgeous interior design from the GuestHouse studio, transforming it into one of the hottest new hotels and wedding venues in Brighton and the U.K.
And we're ready to host up to 54 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast or quite a lot more for something different. Either way, we're here for your wonder-filled wedding day (or longer!).
Join us for our upcoming wedding showcase at No. 124 Brighton, a chance to experience how your day could look and feel in our elegant Regency townhouse overlooking the seafront. Thoughtfully styled for a wedding, the house will be set just as it would be on the day, giving you a real sense of the spaces.
Spend time exploring the house at your own pace, including a selection of our beautiful suites and bedrooms, chat with our friendly team, and meet a small group of trusted local suppliers we love to work with. Whether you’re just beginning your wedding journey or fine-tuning the details, our wedding showcase is designed to feel inspiring.
While walk-ins are very welcome on the day, we recommend booking a time slot in advance so our event coordinator can offer you a dedicated tour of the house and time to talk through your plans.

You're calling the shots - it's all up to you, with no off-the-shelf packages in sight - that's a relief. Take all 32 rooms for a set price (and if you want to pass on the costs to guests, that's cool too), and then depending on the time of year & day of week, we have varying minimum spends. If you want to keep your belt a little tighter, go for a Winter wedding in the week - if you're happy to splurge a little, take a look at our sunny Summer prices.
Exclusive use gives you the run of the hotel - choose bowl food and canapés, or an impressive table spread or if you prefer a sit-down meal, then exclusive-use also includes Pearly Cow - where you can enjoy sublime cuisine downstairs, and head back to the ground floor to party. You choose how to reach your minimum spend for the date you have chosen. The ultimate experience!

Following the same timings as Pearly Cow downstairs, The Courtyard is on the ground floor and can be hired from 12.30pm until 5pm. A gorgeous Winter garden, it's reached directly through The Bar at No.124, which you can also have exclusive hire of. Perfect for smaller, intimate occasions, where you can craft exactly what you'd like to enjoy on the day. Simply start with hire of the spaces and the rest is a la carte.
More intimate still, and back downstairs in Pearly Cow, is our Drawing Room which can be hired from 12.30pm until 5pm. A truly stunning space for up to 12 guests to indulge in the finest Pearly Cow cuisine, it is also enjoys an ante-room, The Snug. As with The Courtyard, you can opt for our package here, or let your heart (or stomach!) lead the way with bespoke tasting menus.
