The Christmas our 2 and 3 night packages include much-loved traditions like canapés and wonderful Christmas Day lunch with all the trimmings at Pearly Cow as well as the little GuestHouse touches for that festive feeling of laid-back luxury.

Terms and Conditions for Christmas at No. 124 Brighton: Prices based on two people sharing a Guest Room. Children's pricing is a total price for the whole stay including child portions for all meals. Children aged 0-3 stay free. Single occupancy supplements apply, and upgrades are available.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with full pre-payment required by 1st December. Any bookings cancelled before this date will result in the initial deposit being retained. Reservations cancelled after 1st December will be charged the full 100% of the stay including tax unless the room is resold for the same value. If you do not arrive at the hotel 100% of the full stay including tax is due.

On the first floor you’ll find two Lookout Suites with floor-to-ceiling French windows, leading onto balconies and stretching out to sea. If you want to enjoy panoramic views but from the comfort of your bed, there’s our other very lovely sea view room category. Both have bespoke super-king beds so you can drift off to the sound of the waves in the comfiest of settings 🌊
