Brighton

THE GROUND FLOOR

The Ground Floor at No. 124 is the heart of the hotel, and is a new Brighton casual dining destination. Beautiful spaces flow into one another, from the Lounge to the Games Room, with every zone being home to comfy spaces to dine, relax and if you fancy it,  work.

Adjacent to the Bar is the Terrace - open in the warmer months for Brighton outdoor dining. Heading the other way, you'll discover The Courtyard - a winter garden space perfect for perching in, and available for private hire too, perfect for events in Brighton. In fact, the whole Ground Floor can become the perfect Brighton event space and is available for private hire.

Throughout the Ground Floor, we serve our House Menu. On it, you'll find traditional comforts with a 124 twist, along with salads, oysters and much more. It's a perfect menu to graze from for lunch or to settle in with for supper. Indeed, it's perfect for the between bits too.

In the warmer months, our House Menu spills out onto the Terrace - which is complemented by our wood-fired pizza offering. If you're looking for Brighton sea view restaurants, our Terrace will not disappoint, with panoramic views.

Please note, we are a cashless restaurant and only take payments by card.

To the one you call mum 💌

Celebrating every kind of mother means celebrating in many different ways. Giving them time to log off and enjoy their very own me-time, indulging in Afternoon Tea, relaxing with a Spa treatment or simply everyone sat round the table for brunch or Sunday Lunch, however you choose to celebrate, we’ll make it special 💛

A guide to a GuestHouse stay - Luggage pick up

Ever noticed one of our cargo bikes at the hotels or around in the city or town? 👀 We’ve always said that a staycation begins the moment you step off the train and wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have a suitcase to drag or bags that weighed you down? So that’s where we step in! 🧳

For all guests who book a stay with us, we offer complimentary luggage pick-up to do just this. Tell us where you’re coming from and what time you’ll arrive at Bath Spa, York, Margate or Brighton station and we’ll be there to meet you. We’ll pop your bags into our GuestHouse bikes and drop them back off at the hotel, so you’re free to roam bag-free 🚲
