NO. 15 BATH FAQS

We've collected questions specifically related to our property located on one of Bath's grandest streets. From accessibility to opening times, any questions you might have should all be answered here.

For anything else just contact our team using the enquiry form below, or call us on 01225 807015

Or, for any Marketing, PR or Influencer requests please contact marketing@guesthousehotels.co.uk

Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have a private car park at the rear of the hotel. This is charged at £25 per night and has limited space so we would recommend reserving a spot when you book. If you've booked a space in our car park, simply pull up outside the front of the hotel and come to reception, you can unload luggage and we will direct you to the car park from there.

I want to come and stay with the whole family; do you offer spare cots or beds for children?
Yes we have bedrooms large enough to take cots and some with sofa beds. We also have a selection of interconnecting bedrooms which are perfect for families. Just let us know what you need upon booking, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

How do I make sure I book a bedroom with a bath?
A selection of our bedrooms have baths so please make sure to request one when you make a reservation and we will do all we can to allocate you a room with a bath. All Henrietta and Pulteney rooms, and The Hideout, have a bath

What in room amenities do you have?
All of our rooms have Dyson hairdryers, Nespresso coffee machines, kettles (with tea & hot chocolate), a vinyl record player, a Roberts radio and TV with Chromecast. Irons and ironing boards are available on request.

What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is 3.00pm and Check-out is 11am (or 12pm if you're a GuestBest member)

Can you store my luggage?
We most certainly can! We can store luggage if you arrive early for your room, and we can store it if you want to go and explore the city on departure day too.

Do you allow Dogs in the hotel? And what are the rules?
We’re a dog-loving family so you are more than welcome to bring your four-legged friend along . We charge £25 for 1 night stay per dog. We allow dogs in all rooms (except our Small Guest Rooms as we just don’t have the tail-wagging space). We don’t allow dogs in the breakfast room, but you can dine in The Bar with your four-legged-friend.

How far is the walk to town?
All our hotels are situated close to the centre of town. It's just under 10-minute walk to Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths and the centre of town.

Do you have a garden/courtyard?
We have a very small courtyard garden if you’d like to grab some fresh air. We also have Henrietta Park right on our doorstep if you need a bit of greenery!

Do you have electric charging points in the car park?
We don’t currently have any electric charging points at No.15. There are lots of parking options in the city. We would recommend the Podium or Southgate which are a short walk from the hotel.

What did the hotel used to be/history of the hotel?
No.15 has been a hotel for just over 100 years, but in a few different guises. We were originally 3 beautiful Georgian townhouses.

Can non-residents use The Bar and Spa?
Yes, we are more than just a hotel, we love to welcome our neighbours and visitors to the city. Call the team on 01225 807015 to book

How far are you from the train station?
We’re just a 15-minute walk from the station across Pulteney bridge. You can enjoy the views on your walk without a care in the world by booking our luggage pick up bike. We’ll meet you off your train, give you a map and whisk your bags back to the hotel on our trusty bike. Speak to reservations to book a luggage pickup – no15.reservations@guesthousehotels.co.uk.  Luggage pickup must be booked in advance and is not always available in bad weather.

What is there to do around the hotel?
Bath is a city filled with so many things to see and do. We have curated a list of the things we love to do here.

Do you have disabled car parking?
We have a private car park to the rear of the hotel that can be prebooked for £25 a night. We can have ramps in place for you upon arrival

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have rooms which vary in levels of accessibility. We would recommend calling reservations on 01225 807015 to discuss your requirements and we’ll do what we can to accommodate.

Do you have disabled access across the entirety of the hotel?
Yes our hotel, the Bars and Spas are all accessible by lift. There are a number of steps around the hotel and within the spa so please do give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Do you serve food in your bar?
Yes, we serve a seasonal menu of small plates, large plates, cocktails and wine, see under 'Food & Drink'.

Can I come and work from the hotel?
Yes, we have plenty of laptop friendly areas. It’s the perfect place to set up all day and enjoy a few coffees, lunch, free Wi-Fi and maybe even a cheeky drink after work.

Can I park my car in the car park whilst I visit the bar at No.15?
Parking at No.15 is available for residents only. There are lots of parking options in the nearby and we would recommend the Podium or Southgate.

I want to book a table for drinks and small plates x 8 but the booking engine won’t let me.
Please call the team on 01225 807015 and we can take a look at availability for you.

What times/days do you serve food?
The bar is open all day until 11pm, with our small plates and snacks menu available between the hours of 12:30-9pm.
Breakfast runs from Monday - Friday 07:30-10:30 & Saturday - Sunday 08:00-11:00.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay.

Do you need to pre-book a spa treatment?
We would always recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment, but we sometimes have availability on the day, so please always ask.

Where is the spa? And what are the opening times?
Our Spa is located on the lower ground floor and we have a separate entrance at the rear of the hotel. Opening hours are Monday - Sunday from 9:30am until 7:30 pm

Do you do beauty treatments in the spa?
All of our treatments are mood-boosting massages and facials. We don’t offer any beauty therapies on site, but we can recommend the best salons to go to in Bath. Just ask!

If the spa has a sauna/pool/steam room etc?
We don’t have a sauna, hot tub or swimming pool on site. We do offer a copper room experience if you wanted to take some time out to relax in the water before a treatment.
