Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have parking spaces located at the rear of the hotel. Parking is available at £28 per night Sunday-Thursday and £35 on a Friday & Saturday. Spaces are limited, so we recommend reserving a spot as soon as you have booked. Please send us an email to reserve your spot and remember to include your date of arrival, number of nights you need and your car registration number.
If you’ve booked parking with us, please feel free to pull up outside the front of the hotel on arrival. You’re welcome to unload your luggage and visit reception, where our team will be happy to direct you to the car park.
Alternative parking options
If our on-site parking is unavailable, we recommend the following nearby car parks, all within easy walking distance of the hotel and suitable for longer stays:
Podium Car Park - approximately an 8-minute walk from the hotel and very conveniently located in the city centre.
Manvers Street Car Park - around a 10-minute walk, offering central, straightforward parking for overnight and multi-day stays.
Charlotte Street Car Park - about a 14-minute walk away and well-suited for longer-duration parking.
For a stress-free option just outside the city, Bath’s Park & Ride services are also excellent:
Lansdown Park & Ride - located to the north of the city with frequent buses into Bath city centre.
Odd Down Park & Ride - situated to the south, offering regular services directly into the centre of Bath.
Both Park & Ride options allow you to leave your car for the duration of your stay while enjoying easy access to the city.
I want to come and stay with the whole family; do you offer spare cots or beds for children?

All our hotels are situated close to the centre of town. It's just under 10-minute walk to Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths and the centre of town.

What did the hotel used to be/history of the hotel?
No.15 has been a hotel for just over 100 years, but in a few different guises. We were originally 3 beautiful Georgian townhouses.

We’re just a 15-minute walk from the station across Pulteney bridge. You can enjoy the views on your walk without a care in the world by booking our luggage pick up bike. We’ll meet you off your train, give you a map and whisk your bags back to the hotel on our trusty bike. Speak to reservations to book a luggage pickup – no15.reservations@guesthousehotels.co.uk. Luggage pickup must be booked in advance and is not always available in bad weather.
Do you offer Babysitting
We are delighted to partner with Marvellous Babysitting to offer our guests complimentary Marvellous Membership during their stay, providing access to trusted Norland Nannies for in-room babysitting and childcare support. How it works:
1. Download the Marvellous Babysitting app
2. Create your account, setting your address as our hotel

You’ll be able to view full nanny profiles, including previous reviews, and add booking notes. In-app messaging allows you to stay in touch with your nanny both before and during the booking, offering complete peace of mind.

Bath is a city filled with so many things to see and do. We have curated a list of the things we love to do here.

We have a private car park to the rear of the hotel that can be prebooked for £25 a night. We can have ramps in place for you upon arrival

Yes our hotel, the Bars and Spas are all accessible by lift. There are a number of steps around the hotel and within the spa so please do give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Do you serve food in your bar?
Yes, we serve a seasonal menu of small plates, large plates, cocktails and wine, see under 'Food & Drink'.

Our Spa is located on the lower ground floor and we have a separate entrance at the rear of the hotel. Opening hours are Monday - Sunday from 9:30am until 7:30 pm
