As the name suggests, our GuestHouse can be home to your house party exclusively - that's right, all yours! Gatherings at No. 1 York could include canapés & cocktails in the Marmalade Lounge to dancing the night away in Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take-over indeed. Exclusive Use includes all 38 bedrooms for the night with breakfast for 38 the following day - and the rest is up to you!
The Pearly Cow private dining room is a stunning space for an intimate foodie-gathering. Perfect for up to 16 guests. Meanwhile, in the Main House the Marmalade Lounge is a gorgeous backdrop for relaxed get-togethers; from baby showers to birthday parties, choosing from our scrummy afternoon tea menu.
For a larger gathering Pearly Cow takes up to 56 for a sit down affair.
