You can always add another night and go for our 3-night package and extend the festivities. Or add a one-hour spa ritual or festive afternoon tea before completing your booking too!

Terms and Conditions: Prices based on two people sharing a Small Guest Room. Children's pricing is a total price for the whole stay including child portions for all meals. Children aged 0-3 stay free. Single occupancy supplements apply, and upgrades are available.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with full pre-payment required by 1st December. Any bookings cancelled before this date will result in the initial deposit being retained. Reservations must be cancelled by 2pm 24 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 100% of the full stay including tax. No show charge is 100% of the full stay including tax.

Canine friends - welcome! 🐾We`re not just dog-friendly, we`re dog-loving people at GuestHouse. They`ll be spoilt just as much for their very own special stay. We have bespoke @ivyandduke beds and pillows ready in room at check-in, along with a toy and treats 💛
There are a few things to note when booking your stay if you`re thinking of bringing your pup. Not all our rooms are suitable (safety plus tail-wagging space!) and there are a few good-to-knows too. You`ll be able to find all the details for each hotel on our website but you can always give us a call too 📞

Behind the main buildings, you’ll find our castle-esque Coach House. There are Guest Rooms and Large Guest Rooms across two floors, some facing the main building, others facing Henrietta Park and it has its own pantry too.
