ARRIVING BY TRAIN
We're serviced by Southeastern into Margate’s train station, only a 10-ish minute, sea front walk away. You’ll skirt the beach and pass Dreamland, so you’ll get a very Margate experience before you even get here. You can book your ticket here.
ARRIVING BY CAR
As you hit Margate from the A28, the main road from London, and make your way to us, you’ll be met by the stunning main sands, the icon that is Dreamland and Turner Contemporary. We’re in one of the Victorian beachfront buildings, and the hotel entrance is on our High Street side.
PARKING
We have ten private parking spaces on New Street, directly opposite the hotel entrance. Spaces are priced at £25 per car, per night and must be booked in advance, as availability is limited.
Using postcode CT9 1EG will take you straight to our car park.
If you’re unable to secure a space with us, we recommend Mill Lane Multi-storey Car Park, which is the most convenient alternative for overnight and longer stays. You can park here for the duration of your visit without needing to move your car.
Arriving by Southeastern train? To leave you free to dive right into your Margate time, we’ll meet you off your train on our luggage bike, take your bags, and point you in the direction of whatever you’d like to do first.

- Royal Victoria Park, Alexandra Park viewpoint and Prior Park Landscape Garden are great for a stroll when the weather is lovely

Our very family-friendly suite is perfect for larger families, those coming with grandparents or if you’re bringing the dog and want more space. There’s a super-king-size bed, separate lounge with a sofa bed and the option to interconnect with a Guest Room.

Behind the main buildings, you’ll find our Coach House. Some rooms overlook Henrietta Park whilst others face the main hotel. There’s a separate pantry here and all have king-sized beds.
