Welcome to GuestHouse - an independent British hospitality group created by three brothers, Tristan, James and Tom Guest, who together have a love of creating one-off, wonder-filled hotels.
Home to relaxing suites and bedrooms, heavenly spas, and never-tried-that-before dishes, our hotels have a few things in common (like our legendary pantries that your clients can help themselves to!), but always guarantee their own unique charm varied by the cities they're a part of. We have properties in Bath, York, Margate and in summer 2024, Brighton.
Read on to learn about booking No.124 Brighton for your international clients...
Our GuestHouse in Brighton is a show-stopping-stunner, just over a 15 minute stroll from Brighton station and right on the seafront, opposite the iconic West Pier. Captivatingly designed, it's a unique way to experience the bustling beachside charm of Brighton.
No.124 is the impressive roof under which sits 32 gorgeous rooms and suites. We're home to the Southern-most outpost of 'Pearly Cow', our fabulous fire & ice concept restaurant and event spaces, along with the Bar, Lounge and Terrace. Further down still, you'll find the quiet retreat of FieldTrip Spa at No.124, with soothing treatment rooms. Come on in...
You can book and claim your commission directly through our website. Select 'book now', and when browsing dates, select 'special codes or rates' and enter your IATA number in the Agent ID field.

We're the antidote to upscale. Properly boutique hotels with properly personal service. Beautifully designed interiors, the finest quality food & drinks and the feeling of finding a special gem-of-a-place all are good reasons to check in. Here are a few more...

We have six different types of rooms for you to choose from, going from cosy to lofty. Many have fireplaces, lots have spectacular sea views and the Hideout Suite must be the best suite in Brighton, if we do say so ourselves, with your own private entrance, a separate lounge (with space for two children) and a secret door into the main hotel.
In all of them, you’ll find locally sourced antiques, art and curios that tell Brighton’s stories in the most charming of ways. And just a little down the hall from all of them, you’ll find a Pantry full of complimentary treats for the taking.
For international guests, we recommend starting with our Guest Rooms, ranging up to our signature Hideout Suite.

From the bustling seaside streets to the trendy lanes and shops, Brighton is always on the agenda. Just one hour by train from London and well-connected to just about everywhere else, Brighton is an easily-reachable city by the sea, with a real diversity, colourful personality and twinkle in its eye!
Here are a few of our favourite local spots for your clients to experience - naturally, we're on hand to provide tips and make arrangements.
