Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement signed by both parties, an 10% commission (inclusive of VAT) will be paid to any travel agency that books accommodation at the hotel on behalf of a client, having recommended No.15 by GuestHouse, Bath or No.1 by GuestHouse, York to them. Commission is paid on the bed and breakfast element only of any booked rate and will be settled on receipt of an invoice.
Commission will not be paid on any booking until the account for that booking has been settled in full. If the hotel fails to receive payment for a non-arrival or a cancellation then the hotel reserves the right to not pay commission on such bookings.
