From the roof down, you'll find 32 impeccably designed rooms and suites, and then our ground floor, complete with games room, lounge zones - a disco ball - and of course The Bar at No. 124. The Courtyard, a winter garden room for private hire, is also a perfect choice for your festive event. As the name sounds, our GuestHouse can be home to your event exclusively - that's right, all yours! Where better for your festivities? From sunset winter warmers, to dancing the night away at Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take-over indeed. Exclusive Use includes all 32 bedrooms for the night with breakfast the following day plus Pearly Cow and the ground floor of No. 124 with Bar, Games Room, Lounge and Courtyard. The perfect location to throw a fabulously festive 'do', although if you want a seated dining occasion, Pearly Cow is your best bet - and the rest is up to you!
Exclusive Use of No. 124, with Pearly Cow, the entire Ground Floor and 32 bedrooms is available from £12,000, with £4,000 minimum spend on food and drink included.
There are several spots to gather at No. 124 set across the ground floor and Pearly Cow. Each offers ways of creating totally bespoke events. Our Pearly Cow Drawing Rooms takes up to 12 for a lunch or dinner whilst the Courtyard on the ground floor takes up to 28 guests.

The Courtyard at No.124 is a stunning winter garden, combining chic and comfy seating with original features and of course a fully glazed ceiling, complete with dramatic planting from Wild Renata Flowers. At home between No. 124 and Field Trip Spa, it's the perfect place to gather for a decadent dinner under the stars.
In Pearly Cow, the Drawing Room can accommodate up to 12 guests for an intimate private supper, with a pre-order from the a la carte menu.
Private Hire of Pearly Cow entirely is also available, including the Pearly Bar, Drawing Room and Restaurant.
