Sie haben Ihre Buchung vorgenommen, nachdem Sie eine von vier Stornierungsbedingungen ausgewählt haben:
Flexibel, Zahlung bei Abreise.
Bei der Buchung wird Ihre Karte nicht belastet, sie dient lediglich als Garantie. Diese Buchung kann bis 14:00 Uhr zwei Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei storniert werden. Bei einer Stornierung nach dieser Frist oder Nichterscheinen wird der volle Betrag von der zur Garantie Ihrer Buchung verwendeten Karte abgebucht. Andernfalls erfolgt die Zahlung bei Abreise.
Frühbuchertarife
bieten einen Rabatt auf den flexiblen Tarif, erfordern jedoch eine Mindestbuchungsfrist und die vollständige Vorauszahlung zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs. Buchungen zu diesen Tarifen können weder geändert, übertragen noch erstattet werden.
Wir bemühen uns, Ihr Zimmer ab 15 Uhr bezugsfertig zu haben. Wenn Sie also planen, früher anzureisen und Ihre Zeit in der Stadt optimal zu nutzen, können Sie Ihr Gepäck gerne bei uns lassen. Wir sorgen dafür, dass es auf Ihr Zimmer gebracht wird, sobald es fertig ist.

Bei Buchung ist eine nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung von 25 % fällig. Die vollständige Vorauszahlung muss bis zum 1. Dezember erfolgen. Bei Stornierungen vor diesem Datum wird die Anzahlung einbehalten.
Stornierungsbedingungen:
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 14:00 Uhr 24 Tage vor Anreise. Um eine Gebühr von 100 % des Gesamtpreises inklusive Steuern zu vermeiden, muss die Reservierung bis 14:00 Uhr 24 Tage vor Anreise storniert werden. Bei Nichterscheinen wird ebenfalls 100 % des Gesamtpreises inklusive Steuern berechnet.
Unabhängig von den Stornierungsbedingungen, die Sie bei Ihrer Buchung wählen, empfehlen wir Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung für den Fall unvorhergesehener Ereignisse.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Buchungen von sechs oder mehr Zimmern, unabhängig davon, ob sie zusammen oder einzeln gebucht werden, als Gruppenbuchung gelten und unseren Gruppenbuchungsbedingungen unterliegen, die von unseren öffentlich zugänglichen Bedingungen abweichen. Unsere Hotels verfügen nur über eine sehr begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen direkt am Hotel:

No.15, Bath - Parking must be pre-booked prior to arrival. Parking is in one of the spaces in the hotel car park (just off Henrietta Mews) or very nearby and is chargeable.
No.42, Margate - Parking must be pre-booked prior to arrival. Parking is in one of the spaces in the hotel car park (the first left on New Street) and is chargeable.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome to stay overnight with their owners and also join them in the Bar (we are sorry, but they are not able to join you the Restaurant). There is a charge of £25 per dog per stay. Please read our full Pet Policy here.

Die Gegenstände werden maximal 90 Tage aufbewahrt. Werden sie innerhalb dieser Frist nicht abgeholt, werden sie an die vom Hotel ausgewählte Wohltätigkeitsorganisation gespendet.
