预订政策

所有住宿报价（除非另有说明）均包含现行增值税和服务费。我们要求所有预订均需使用信用卡/借记卡确认。

标准预订：

您在预订时已选择以下四种取消政策之一：

灵活预订，离店付款。
预订时不会从您的信用卡扣款，信用卡仅作为担保。此预订可在抵达前两天下午 2 点前免费取消。如遇延迟取消或未抵达，我们将从您用于担保预订的信用卡中收取全额费用；否则，您可在离店时付款。

提前
预订价格可享受灵活价格的折扣，但需提前至少预订一定期限，并在购买时支付全款。按此价格预订的房间，任何时候均不可更改、转让或退款。

我们的目标是下午 3 点为您提供房间，所以如果您计划早点到达并充分利用在城里的时间，非常欢迎您将行李寄存在我们这里，我们会确保在准备好后送到您的房间。

我们的圣诞节和新年套餐政策：

预订保证政策：
预订时需支付25%的不可退还订金，余款需在12月1日前付清。在此日期前取消的任何预订，订金将不予退还。

取消政策：
入住前24天下午2点前可免费取消预订。如需取消预订，必须在入住前24天下午2点前取消，否则将收取全额房费（含税）的罚款。未入住将收取全额房费（含税）的罚款。

无论您在预订时选择何种取消政策，我们都建议您购买旅行保险，以防发生任何不可预见的情况。

团体预订：

请注意，预订六间或以上客房（无论单独预订还是合并预订）均视为团体预订，并受我们的团体业务条款及细则约束，该条款及细则与我们公开的条款有所不同。详情请联系我们的预订团队。

停車處

我们酒店的停车位数量非常有限：

No.1, York - Parking must be pre-booked prior to arrival. Parking is in one of the spaces in the hotel car park at the rear and is chargeable

No.15, Bath - Parking must be pre-booked prior to arrival. Parking is in one of the spaces in the hotel car park (just off Henrietta Mews) or very nearby and is chargeable.

No.42, Margate - Parking must be pre-booked prior to arrival. Parking is in one of the spaces in the hotel car park (the first left on New Street) and is chargeable.
