是的，我们所有的房间都装有空调。
我想全家一起来住，请问你们提供婴儿床或儿童床吗？
是的，我们有足够大的客房可以放婴儿床。我们还有一些连通房，非常适合家庭入住。预订时请告知您的需求，我们会尽力根据实际情况安排。我们部分较大的客房可以加一张床，或者您也可以选择入住“隐居套房”，套房内配有一张适合两个孩子的沙发床。
儿童住宿收费多少？
0-3岁儿童免费入住；
4-11岁儿童每晚收费25英镑（含早餐）；
12-16岁儿童每晚收费35英镑（含早餐）。
客房内有哪些设施？
我们所有客房均配备咖啡机、电热水壶（含茶和牛奶）、蒸汽熨斗、吹风机、Crosley黑胶唱片机、Roberts收音机和智能电视。
入住/退房时间是几点？
入住时间为下午3点，退房时间为上午11点。
可以帮我寄存行李吗？
当然可以！如果您提前到达房间，我们可以帮您寄存行李；如果您想在离开当天去镇上逛逛，我们也可以帮您寄存。
Do you allow dogs in the hotel? And what are the rules?
We’re a dog-loving family so you are more than welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. We charge £25 per stay per dog. We allow dogs in our Guest Rooms, Guest Rooms with Sea View, Large Guest Room with Sea View, or the Hideout Suite. We don’t allow dogs in the restaurant, but you can dine in The Courtyard, Bar or Lounge with your four-legged-friend.

Do you have a lift?
Yes, we do have a lift to all floors of the hotel including Pearly Cow. Please note that some rooms still have a few stairs to reach them so give us a call and we can advise on the most suitable for you.
