0-3岁儿童免费入住；

我们部分房间配备 bath，请在预订时提出要求，我们会尽力为您安排 bath间，也请告知我们的团队。
客房内有哪些设施？
我们所有的客房都配备了Nespresso咖啡机、电热水壶（提供茶、咖啡、热巧克力和水）、熨斗和熨衣板、Crosley黑胶唱片机、Roberts收音机和带Chromecast的电视。
入住/退房时间是几点？
入住时间为下午3点，退房时间为上午11点（如果您是GuestBest会员，则为中午12点）。
可以帮我寄存行李吗？
当然可以！如果您提前到达房间，我们可以帮您寄存行李；如果您想在离开当天外出游览城市，我们也可以帮您寄存行李。
Do you allow Dogs in the hotel? And what are the rules?
We’re a dog-loving family so you are more than welcome to bring your four-legged friend along . We charge £25 per stay per dog. We allow dogs in all rooms (except our Small Guest Rooms as they just don’t have the tail-wagging space). We don’t allow dogs in the restaurant, but you can dine in The Bar or Marmalade Lounge with your four-legged-friend.

Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have a private car park at the rear of the hotel. This is charged at £25 per night Monday to Thursday and £30 per night Friday to Sunday and has limited space so we would recommend reserving a spot when you book. Alternative car parks within walking distance include Marygate Car Park or Bootham Row (unfortunately there is no free parking within walking distance of the hotel!). Please email to request space stating your name, stay dates and car registration number.
