Krystle at Get Glossy co-ordinated the whole day. Get Glossy is Brighton & Hove’s hair and makeup concierge, providing premium bridal beauty services direct to homes, hotels and venues across Sussex. Krystle and her team carefully curate a team of highly skilled artists, matching each bride with the right stylist for their vision, style and wedding morning experience.
For this shoot, the dream team that Krystle assembled wanted the inspiration to feel modern, romantic and effortlessly elegant, whilst still capturing the playful personality and relaxed luxury of No. 124.
And we think they achieved just that!
Hair & Make Up by Get Glossy
Inspired by the warm, sunlit interiors of No.124 Brighton, Get Glossy's approach to hair and makeup was to create a look that felt effortlessly elegant, modern and timeless. They chose a soft glam makeup look with a warm, luminous colour palette that beautifully complemented the hotel's rich tones, while the hair was styled into a relaxed, softly textured updo.
The bedrooms are filled with beautiful natural light, making them the perfect space for a calm, relaxed bridal morning. Every element was thoughtfully designed to work in harmony with the setting, resulting in an editorial aesthetic that feels refined, timeless and quietly luxurious.
Tony's talented team created a hand-tied wedding bouquet that celebrates the joy of the season, blending romantic garden roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, delphiniums, poppies, sweet peas and delicate genista with textural mimosa and soft blossom. Designed in a loose, natural style with a flowing blue silk ribbon, it captures the effortless beauty of an English country garden in full bloom.
The second bouquet embraced bold colour and a sculptural form, pairing elegant blush anthuriums with rich burnt-orange cymbidium orchids, deep burgundy hydrangeas and trailing amaranthus. Soft green viburnum added freshness and texture, while a vibrant orange silk ribbon completed this contemporary design - perfect for a bride seeking an unforgettable statement arrangement.
A Moment for the Dress(es)!
Both dresses were carefully selected by Roxy Goldstein, owner of The Bridal Atelier. When Krystle asked Roxy to participate in a bridal shoot at No. 124, she said it was a no braine! Roxy hand picked the dresses so that they’re both incredibly special, but also very wearable. The lace number (Joelle by Justin Alexander) is very much the dress of the moment- corded French lace all over, a bosque waistline and exposed corsetry.
The second gown (London by Justin Alexander) is a clean look made from matte satin, featuring a waterfall waistline. This look, as with any ‘clean’ wedding dress, can become a perfect blank canvas for accessories. She chose to pair it with a chiffon scarf which is popular with my brides at the moment, as an alternative to a veil. We all particularly loved how the vibrant flowers from Tony really popped against this look and they both looked perfect in this luxury boutique setting.

The vision for our shoot was to focus on storytelling, colour, texture and personality, creating images that celebrate not just the beautiful design of No. 124, but the experience of a wedding here. It's the kind of place that feels personal from the moment you walk through the door, and I wanted that warmth and individuality to shine through in every frame. With this in mind, I wanted to capture something that didn’t rely on the usual Brighton seaside clichés, but something a bit more city chic - stylish, playful and full of personality. We wanted to capture what it would actually feel like to spend your wedding here - from getting ready in one of the beautiful seafront rooms to celebrating with your favourite people in a space that feels just so effortlessly cool!
I made sure to focus on both the big moments and the thoughtful details that make 124 so special. From flicking through the newspaper to sneaking off to the tuck shop sweet room for a playful moment, every part of the shoot was designed to tell the story of a wedding day unfolding naturally within the space. The images feel editorial yet relaxed, capturing not just how beautiful the venue is, but the experience of being there. It's perfect for couples looking for something a little different for their Brighton wedding and I feel like we really captured that vibe during this shoot!
